The Quality Assurance Analyst II is responsible for applying Quality Assurance (QA) and Release Management methodologies to test application changes, updates, and enhancements. This role collaborates closely with Clinical, Revenue Cycle, Technical Leaders, Project Managers, and Analysts to ensure the quality, stability, and successful deployment of information systems applications. The position develops, evaluates, documents, and implements QA processes, testing methodologies, and test plans to validate system functionality and workflows. Additionally, the analyst supports release management activities by auditing, monitoring, and enforcing established processes and policies to ensure cross-domain integration, testing completeness, configuration consistency, and successful deployments.
