About The Position

This role focuses on Quality Assurance with a specific emphasis on Artificial Intelligence (AI) applications. The ideal candidate will leverage their software testing experience, particularly within the Property & Casualty Insurance industry, to ensure the quality of AI-driven features and processes. A key aspect of this role involves utilizing Generative AI tools to enhance testing activities and evaluating AI-generated testing outputs.

Requirements

• 3–10 years of software testing experience and/or Property & Casualty Insurance industry experience.
• Experience with OpenText Quality Center/ALM (formerly HP ALM) for requirements, test case, and defect management.
• Experience with data testing, including writing SQL queries and working with XML and other structured data formats.
• Experience using Generative AI tools (such as Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, GitHub Copilot, or similar) to improve software testing activities, including test case generation, test data creation, documentation, and productivity.
• Understanding of AI-assisted testing concepts and the ability to evaluate and validate AI-generated testing artifacts.

Nice To Haves

• Familiarity with test automation frameworks.
• Familiarity with AI-enhanced testing tools.

Responsibilities

• Perform software testing with a focus on AI applications.
• Utilize Generative AI tools (e.g., Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, GitHub Copilot) to improve software testing activities such as test case generation, test data creation, documentation, and overall productivity.
• Evaluate and validate AI-generated testing artifacts.
• Conduct data testing, including writing SQL queries and working with structured data formats like XML.
• Manage requirements, test cases, and defects using tools like OpenText Quality Center/ALM.
