About The Position
This role focuses on Quality Assurance (QA) and Quality Control (QC) within a technical, business, or healthcare field. The analyst will be responsible for translating business requirements and policy documentation into test cases and scenarios, and implementing these into test systems. Experience with automation frameworks and formal test design techniques is crucial. The position requires the contractor to provide their own equipment, with access to a virtual desktop provided by the client.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a technical, business, or healthcare field, or 5+ years of equivalent experience in Quality Assurance
- 5+ years of experience in Quality Assurance (QA) and Quality Control (QC)
- 5+ years of experience translating business requirements or policy documentation into test cases and scenarios, and building test cases and scenarios into test systems
- 3+ years of experience with Sahi Pro/Selenium Automation Framework
- Experience designing and developing test automation scripts using test automation guidelines
- Working knowledge of one of the following: SPICE, TPI, TMMI, CMMI OPF, OPD, or PPQA process areas
- Direct hands-on experience with formal test design techniques such as Equivalence Class Partitioning and Pairwise Analysis
- Experience with test design tools such as PICT or equivalent orthogonal-based tools
Nice To Haves
- 5+ years of large enterprise or e-business systems experience
- 3+ years of Medicaid or healthcare experience
- Experience with X12 Standards and HIPAA EDI Transactions
- Proficiency with the Atlassian tool suite, including JIRA and Confluence
- Prior experience working in a standard SDLC (Waterfall methodology) and Agile delivery environments
