Quality Assurance Administrator (County Children Youth Families Program Specialist 2) (Local Govt.)
About The Position
This position oversees quality assurance systems, major review processes, and compliance with statewide information systems. It guides staff, maintains important data, and supports agency planning. As a Quality Assurance Administrator, you will perform the following duties: Quality Oversight: Lead quality assurance activities that support compliance with regulations and agency requirements. Data Management: Review CAPS information, confirm data accuracy, and support reporting needs. Leadership Support: Guide staff through quality processes and assist with improvement planning. Process Review: Manage review procedures for permanency and congregate care and issue written findings. Team Collaboration: Work with management to develop case and record review plans.
Requirements
- One year as a Children, Youth and Families Program Specialist 1; or Three years of professional level experience in the field of children, youth and families; and a bachelor's degree; or Any equivalent combination of experience and training.
- Must be able to perform essential job functions.
- Must pass a background investigation.
- Satisfactory criminal history reports including, but not limited to, PA State Police clearance, PA Child Abuse history clearance, and FBI Fingerprint clearance.
