About The Position

This position oversees quality assurance systems, major review processes, and compliance with statewide information systems. It guides staff, maintains important data, and supports agency planning. As a Quality Assurance Administrator, you will perform the following duties: Quality Oversight: Lead quality assurance activities that support compliance with regulations and agency requirements. Data Management: Review CAPS information, confirm data accuracy, and support reporting needs. Leadership Support: Guide staff through quality processes and assist with improvement planning. Process Review: Manage review procedures for permanency and congregate care and issue written findings. Team Collaboration: Work with management to develop case and record review plans.

Requirements

  • One year as a Children, Youth and Families Program Specialist 1; or Three years of professional level experience in the field of children, youth and families; and a bachelor's degree; or Any equivalent combination of experience and training.
  • Must be able to perform essential job functions.
  • Must pass a background investigation.
  • Satisfactory criminal history reports including, but not limited to, PA State Police clearance, PA Child Abuse history clearance, and FBI Fingerprint clearance.

  • PA residency requirement is currently waived for this title.
