About The Position

At Wesley International, the Quality & Safety Coordinator serves as an independent control function responsible for ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and audit-readiness of all quality, safety, and operational processes. This role acts as a critical “second set of eyes” across production and quality systems, verifying that documentation, ERP data, RMA activities, and safety practices meet the company’s high standards. This position is essential to maintaining ISO readiness, supporting warranty and quality initiatives, reinforcing a safety-first culture, and ensuring that all operational data is complete, accurate, and trustworthy.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Quality, Safety, or related field (or equivalent hands-on experience in manufacturing)
  • Experience in quality auditing, compliance, safety coordination, or manufacturing operations (EV or industrial equipment experience preferred)
  • Familiarity with ERP systems, BOM structures, and production documentation
  • Working knowledge of ISO standards and audit processes
  • Strong analytical skills with exceptional attention to detail
  • Effective communicator with the ability to influence teams on the production floor

Responsibilities

  • Serve as an independent auditor of test results, inspection records, and production documentation without performing the original testing
  • Ensure all documentation remains accurate, complete, and audit-ready to support ISO compliance and internal standards
  • Audit and validate RMA (Returned Materials Authorization) processes, ensuring alignment between physical units, documentation, and ERP records
  • Identify discrepancies, gaps, or inconsistencies and escalate findings for corrective action
  • Actively monitor the production floor to enforce compliance with all safety policies and PPE requirements
  • Intervene in real time to correct unsafe behaviors and reinforce safety expectations
  • Capture and document critical details (who, what, where) of workplace incidents to support timely and accurate investigations
  • Partner with HR and Operations to ensure proper documentation and follow-up of safety events
  • Audit test results and operational data entered into ERP systems to ensure 100% accuracy and traceability
  • Maintain verification logs to confirm daily validation of key production and quality data
  • Ensure alignment between engineering documentation, BOMs, and recorded production data
  • Support warranty and quality teams by ensuring accurate data for diagnostics, reporting, and corrective actions
  • Monitor Corrective and Preventive Action (CAPA) processes to ensure timely closure and proper documentation
  • Verify that CAPAs are reviewed and validated by management before closure
  • Identify recurring issues and trends to support continuous improvement initiatives across production and quality
  • Maintain a structured performance ledger documenting safety, quality, and accuracy-related events
  • Develop and distribute weekly scorecards tracking team performance against safety and quality KPIs
  • Provide reliable performance data to support accountability, coaching, and incentive programs
  • Coordinate SME-led training sessions on testing methods, assembly standards, and quality procedures
  • Audit training effectiveness and verify adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
  • Ensure employees meet required competency and documentation standards
  • Lead daily production huddles to communicate recurring defects, safety alerts, quality expectations and priorities
  • Reinforce a culture of accountability, attention to detail, and continuous improvement
