About The Position

This is a high-visibility leadership role with direct influence on plant strategy and performance. The position offers the opportunity to build and shape the entire Quality & EHS organization, with strong exposure to site and senior leadership. The role operates in a dynamic, fast-paced environment focused on excellence, safety, and continuous improvement.

Requirements

Proven experience in manufacturing environments, preferably automotive or highly regulated industries.
Strong working knowledge of IATF 16949, ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and Quality Excellence Systems.
Demonstrated leadership in Quality, EHS, and Risk Management.
Experience leading audits, managing compliance, and driving systemic corrective actions.
Ability to work independently, make sound decisions, and provide technical guidance to others.
Strong data analysis, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to build organizations, processes, and systems from the ground up.
Excellent communication and leadership capabilities.
Bachelors degree (Engineering, or related fields)

Responsibilities

Define and deploy the Quality, EHS, and Risk strategy, aligned with business objectives and customer expectations.
Act as the final decision authority on all quality and risk-related matters.
Establish, maintain, and continuously improve the Quality Management System aligned with IATF 16949, ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and Excellence System requirements.
Lead quality targets, continuous improvement initiatives, and product safety programs.
Ensure full compliance with health, safety, environmental, and energy regulations, driving a strong safety culture across the plant.
Identify, assess, prioritize, and manage operational and enterprise risks.
Lead audits, corrective and preventive actions, and regulatory compliance activities.
Analyze and interpret quality, EHS, and operational data to drive decision-making.
Build, lead, coach, and develop Quality and EHS teams (including Quality Engineers and EHS Specialists).
Engage internal and external stakeholders, including customers and regulatory authorities.
Manage department budgets and report variances to senior leadership.
