About The Position

The Quality and Compliance Coordinator will be responsible for conducting programmatic consumer record reviews, documenting and reporting findings, and maintaining CARF accreditation evidence files. This role will also assist with QI tool development, data entry into compliance tracking systems, and coordinating satisfaction surveys. Additionally, the coordinator will support audit scheduling and preparation, represent the department on the QI Committee, and participate in statewide QA meetings. The position also involves supporting various committees such as the Quality Improvement and Compliance Committee, Health & Safety Committee, and Compliance Workgroup.

Requirements

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook required
  • Strong administrative skills and knowledge of office procedures and equipment
  • Ability to be proficient in the use of the Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to take comprehensive notes
  • Highly organized
  • Self-starter who is able to handle multiple problems and keep the department functioning smoothly on a day-to-day basis
  • Bachelor's degree required in business, analytics or related field
  • 1-2 years of experience in an office environment
  • Must be able to work in the United States

  • Quality/Compliance work within a healthcare or human services organization preferred

Responsibilities

  • Conduct programmatic consumer record reviews; document and report findings to Manager
  • Maintain CARF accreditation evidence files and support documentation tracking
  • Assist with QI tool development (record review forms, monitoring instruments, surveys)
  • Enter and maintain data in compliance tracking systems; support performance dashboard maintenance
  • Coordinate satisfaction survey administration (consumer, staff, vendor, stakeholder)
  • Support audit scheduling, document preparation and outcome research and analysis.
  • Assists in tracking, reviewing and updating agency policies and procedures
  • Represent department on QI Committee as delegated; participate in statewide QA meetings as delegated
  • Support Quality Improvement and Compliance Committee, Health & Safety Committee, and Compliance Workgroup
