In this role, your responsibilities will include accurately setting up, managing, and maintaining the Emerson document repository. You will collaborate with quality and production teams to develop, review, and maintain procedures and work instructions. You will track and monitor key quality metrics to support data-informed decision-making and support training efforts by helping team members understand procedures, standards, and work instructions. You will assist with documentation related to service requests (SRs), non-conformance reports (NCRs), corrective action requests (CARs), and related processes. You will partner with quality and customer service teams to support customer feedback and complaint resolution processes. You will create presentations using Word and PowerPoint, and perform data analysis using tools such as Excel and Access. You will support internal audits and quality system reviews as needed. You will maintain a clean, safe, and environmentally responsible work environment. You will recommend improvements related to efficiency, cost savings, quality, and safety, and follow lean principles and 5S practices as guided by leadership. You will adapt to evolving business needs and take on additional responsibilities as required.
