About The Position

Empowering. We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Senior Quality Analyst to lead quality management efforts and ensure conformance to quality requirements at our Norfolk, Virginia shipyard facility. As a subject matter expert in quality management, you will provide technical expertise and guidance on quality processes, customer requirements, and project management, while collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement and compliance with requirements.

Requirements

High School diploma (or equivalent) and 8 years of Ship Repair related experience
Experience with NAVSEA Standard Items and Navy Repair work specifications
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other computer applications
Ability to work and support operations in a shipyard environment
Experience with IFS for TIP Management

Nice To Haves

NBPI or NACE Certification
Quality Control Supervisor (QCS) certification
Experience with AMPP/QP1 requirements
ISO 9001:2015 Internal Auditor
Root Cause analysis training
