About The Position

Assists in the execution of a quality control program within a defined department of the organization. Under supervision, enables adherence with quality management programs. Assists in the execution of the quality program, identifying opportunities for enhancement where applicable. Supports the development and continuous improvement of the quality management system. Generates reports for distribution to various users in the organization, customers, or suppliers. Leads quality improvement initiatives; works to develop and improve quality levels; provides training, coaching and feedback. Provides conclusions and recommendations for issues and/or continuous improvement projects. Conducts quality analysis; identifies systemic issues, executes on effective root cause analysis and corrective actions. Supports the development of quality assurance strategies, processes, guidelines and control plans which assure quality and reliability of products and services.

Requirements

  • University / college degree, with 2+ years of relevant professional experience. In lieu of a degree, a comparable combination of education, job specific certification(s), and experience (including military service) may be considered.
  • Knowledge of the values and practices that align customer needs and satisfaction as primary considerations in all business decisions and able to leverage that information in creating customized customer solutions.
  • Assessing and effectively managing all of the risks associated with their business objectives and activities to ensure they adhere to and support PNC's Enterprise Risk Management Framework.
