About The Position

Supports Quality related functions to ensure that the processes of the Quality
Management System are maintained in the manufacturing environment.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Good communication and Interpersonal Skills.
• Strong computer skills utilizing Microsoft office (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.) required.

Nice To Haves

• 2-year degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensures that quality records are being maintained and archived as required.
• Supports regulatory requirements by accurately creating CoAs/ CoCs daily and in a timely manner to accompany Technimark shipments to customers.
• Must complete training and get certified to use customer portals as needed to submit CoA/CoC data through customer portals.
• Picks up and scans production paperwork and electronically files it onto network files.
• Performs Dock Audits of finished good skids prior to shipping product to customer.
• Assists with receiving function of product from Technimark China (and other third-party vendors as necessary), including relabeling pallet sheets so product can ship from Technimark Asheboro.
• Creates reports as requested by Quality Manager, Document Control Manager or Quality Engineers.
• Assists with the creation and sustainability of working files, control plans, inspection records, work instruction, COA’s, etc.
• Helps maintain IQ/OQ/PQ and change request documentation.
• Supports plants in data collection and engineering projects as needed.
• Ensures that quality systems are being followed by supporting Quality and Manufacturing personnel.
• Supports and supplements customer relationships for Quality Supervisors and Quality Engineers.
• Must demonstrate and maintain minimum classification of “Average” on Munsell Hue Test to make color-based decisions. (Range Boards, MRB’s)
