About The Position

The Quality Administration Coordinator provides high-level administrative and executive support to the Director, Quality, Regulatory Affairs, Compliance & Organizational Excellence and administrative coordination for the Quality Department. This position serves as a key administrative resource to the Director and Quality team by coordinating schedules, meetings, correspondence, reports, presentations, departmental projects, priorities, confidential records, and follow-up activities. The Coordinator facilitates communication across departments and helps ensure assignments, commitments, and deadlines are effectively tracked through completion. The position also provides administrative support for the organization's Quality Management System (QMS), including document control, quality events, CAPAs, change controls, validations, audits, regulatory activities, training documentation, and Quality records. The role requires a high degree of professionalism, discretion, confidentiality, organization, initiative, attention to detail, and the ability to effectively manage multiple priorities within a regulated environment.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Three years of progressively responsible administrative, executive support, project coordination, healthcare administration, Quality, compliance, or related experience preferred.
  • Experience supporting a director, executive, or senior-level leader preferred.
  • Experience in healthcare, blood banking, laboratory, regulated manufacturing, or another regulated environment preferred.
  • Experience with document-control or Quality Management Systems preferred.

Nice To Haves

  • Associate degree in business administration, healthcare administration, quality management, or a related field preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Equivalent combinations of education and relevant experience may be considered.
