This role involves providing comprehensive assessments, Person Centered Planning, authorization for services, and immediate interventions to ensure individuals receive necessary services in their preferred environment. The Qualified Professional (QP) will conduct screenings, interviews, and assessments, organizing information for the treatment team to determine the level of care. They are responsible for completing all required written documentation in a timely manner, providing client orientations covering confidentiality, client rights, consents, and financial requirements. The QP will also develop and update Person Centered Plans, establish therapeutic relationships through individual, group, and family counseling, and provide case support by identifying and coordinating additional services. Crisis intervention, client education on relevant topics, and assisting clients with referrals are also key responsibilities. The role requires diligent progress note documentation, adherence to supervision contracts, pursuit of professional development for credentialing and licensure, and active participation in team meetings. Additionally, the QP will assist with urine collection and utilize results therapeutically, provide clinic coverage as needed, maintain an approved schedule, and demonstrate reliable work attendance.
