About The Position
The Qualified Medication Aide (QMA) administers non-parenteral medications to residents in accordance with physician orders and established policies and procedures. The QMA works under the supervision of a Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), providing safe, quality care while following Indiana state regulations and facility guidelines. QMAs do not perform invasive procedures or resident assessments. This position is eligible for a $6,000 sign-on bonus. Medical coverage is available on the first day of employment; all other benefits are effective on the first day of the month following the hire date.
Requirements
- Valid QMA license in the State of Indiana.
- BLS/CPR certification.
Responsibilities

- Work under the supervision of a Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN).
Benefits
