About The Position

The QRV Driver drives a NET vehicle to transport eligible Medicaid members to and from appointments. The role requires completing assigned transports safely and on time, operating and inspecting the assigned vehicle, completing transportation paperwork, and assisting with delivery of public transportation tokens and passes as needed. Drivers are expected to be courteous, patient, professional, and neat and clean in appearance in accordance with the driver handbook.

Requirements

• Must be at least 25 years of age.
• Must have a current, valid Arkansas driver license.
• Must have had no driver license suspension or revocation within the last five years.
• Must have no more than one chargeable accident or moving violation within the last three years.
• Must be able to work nights, weekends, and holidays as required.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
• High school diploma or GED, or one to three months of related experience and/or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform assigned daily transports safely and in a timely manner.
• Operate the vehicle safely.
• Complete all paperwork required for transportation services rendered.
• Inspect the assigned vehicle daily before the start of the day.
• Assist with delivery of public transportation tokens and passes as needed.
• Maintain a courteous, patient, and professional manner and a neat, clean appearance in accordance with the driver handbook.
