About The Position
The Argyle Senior Living is hiring a QMAP to provide medication administration and resident care at its Berkeley Neighborhood community in Denver, Colorado. The position supports residents’ dignity, safety, and quality of life through medication assistance, daily living support, compassionate relationships, and collaboration with the care team. The role is part-time and overnight. Pay is $21–$25 per hour, based on experience.
Requirements
- Current QMAP certification in the state of Colorado.
- A compassionate and patient-centered approach to caregiving.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to multitask and adapt to residents’ evolving needs.
Nice To Haves
- Experience working with seniors in an assisted living or healthcare setting.
Responsibilities
- Administer medications safely and accurately according to QMAP regulations and individual care plans.
- Assist residents with daily living activities, including personal care, mobility, and social engagement.
- Observe and report changes in residents’ health conditions to appropriate team members.
- Maintain accurate documentation of medication administration and resident care.
- Provide compassionate support and build meaningful relationships with residents and their families.
- Go above and beyond for residents and colleagues in keeping with the organization’s hospitality standards.
- Collaborate with caregivers, nurses, and leadership to support an exceptional care experience.
