About The Position
The Nursing Schedule Coordinator is a key team member that is responsible for the overall assurances of appropriate staffing levels are met at all times. This role is a part-time Scheduler and part-time resident care QMA.
Requirements
- Successful completion of a state approved training program in medication administration.
- Indiana QMA license.
- Strong passion for geriatric nursing and commitment to senior care excellence.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrates C.A.R.E. values to our residents, family members, customers and staff. Compassion, Accountability, Relationships and Excellence.

Responsibilities
- Create staffing schedules that ensures the provision of quality nursing care.
- Coordinate with the Executive Director and the Director of Nursing to advise and communicate staffing schedules and needs.
- Ensure compliance with appropriate budgetary, State and Federal guidelines.
- Work towards a common goal of excellent care for our residents.
- Ensure quick, equitable and courteous scheduling patterns and resolutions.
- Provide resident care as a QMA.
