About The Position

Devereux Advanced Behavioral Health Adult Services is seeking a QIDP Supervisor for its Community Residential Homes, which provide housing and care for adults with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities. The QIDP Supervisor will direct the daily operation of assigned residential facilities to ensure quality services that meet the therapeutic, social, emotional, health, and safety needs of the individuals, in accordance with Devereux's Philosophy of Care, established Center Procedures, Standards of Conduct, Best Practices, and regulatory requirements. This role collaborates with Center Leadership, external stakeholders, and contracted service providers to oversee the implementation of program plans and active treatment programs, including necessary interventions and services to support the achievement of objectives identified in the individual program plan. The supervisor also consults with Human Resources on employee relations, recruitment, and retention. The schedule for this position is 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM, Monday-Friday, with an on-call rotation. The salary range is $51,500 - $58,710.

Requirements

  • Be at least 21 years of age.
  • Must possess and maintain a valid driver's license.
  • Bachelor's Degree from an accredited program in an area of human services.
  • At least three (3) years of experience working directly with adults with intellectual/developmental disabilities, mental health diagnoses, and/or TBI.
  • Ability to complete eight days of new hire orientation class.
  • Possess a valid license.
  • Significant amounts of walking, sitting, and standing.
  • Some lifting and/or managing resistance required related to applying physical intervention techniques upwards of 75-100 lbs. or more.
  • Some repetitive wrist/hand movements, normal hearing and vision.
  • Occasional use of computers and office equipment.
  • Occasional driving of Devereux vehicles for business purposes.
  • Ability to meet 100% mastery of Safe and Positive Approaches.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure program plans consist of needed interventions and services to support the achievement of the objectives identified in the individual program plan.
  • Consult with Human Resources on employee relations, recruitment, and retention.
  • Oversee operations to ensure quality programming, regulatory compliance, adherence to policy and procedures, and training/mentoring staff.
