About The Position
Hexegen is commercializing the Hexite™ platform, a proprietary process for producing high-purity, graphene-class nanomaterials at scale. The Hexite™ process solves challenges in scalability, product purity, feedstock economics, and chemical tunability, unlocking applications in energy storage, advanced materials, and hydrogen technologies. As Hexegen transitions toward commercial production from its pilot facility, maintaining safe operations across increasingly complex chemical processes is critical. This role is responsible for leading and implementing a comprehensive Health, Safety & Environmental (HSE) program that supports safe handling of advanced chemical processes, risk management for emerging technologies, and regulatory compliance and operational excellence. This is a mission-critical role responsible for enabling safe scale-up and protecting our people, assets, and environment.
Requirements
- Experienced QHSE Supervisor
- Experience in leading and implementing a comprehensive Health, Safety & Environmental (HSE) program.
- Experience supporting safe handling of advanced chemical processes.
- Experience in risk management for emerging technologies (carbon materials, battery systems, hydrogen).
- Experience in regulatory compliance and operational excellence.
