About The Position

The HSEQ Supervisor takes Total Ownership for the implementation, monitoring, and continuous improvement of Health, Safety, Environment, and Quality (HSEQ) processes and performance for the assigned asset. Serving as the primary HSEQ focal point for the asset, the Supervisor provides direct supervision, coaching, and development of Offshore HSEQ Leads. The role ensures compliance with Company, Client, and regulatory requirements while promoting a culture of operational excellence, procedural discipline, and risk management. Working closely with Operations, Client Representatives, and the HSEQ Manager, the Supervisor proactively identifies opportunities to improve safety, performance, reliability, and efficiency.
