About The Position

Seeking an experienced QE Lead with strong expertise in manual testing, test strategy, defect management, stakeholder coordination, and team leadership for enterprise applications.

Requirements

• Manual Testing, STLC, SDLC, and Quality Assurance processes
• Test Planning, Test Strategy, Test Case Review, and Estimation
• Defect Management using JIRA/Azure DevOps/ALM
• Functional, Regression, Integration, System, and UAT Testing
• SQL for validation and analysis
• Agile/Scrum project delivery experience
• Team Leadership and Stakeholder Management

Nice To Haves

• Retail/E-commerce domain experience
• API Testing exposure using Postman
• Automation testing knowledge (Selenium or similar tools)
• Release and Test Environment Management

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage QA activities across multiple projects and releases.
• Define test strategy, test plans, estimation, and quality metrics.
• Review test cases, test execution results, and defect reports.
• Coordinate with business, development, and support teams for successful releases.
• Mentor QA team members and drive continuous quality improvements.
• Provide status reporting, risk assessment, and release sign-off.
