About The Position
This role requires a Lead with a minimum of 3 years of experience as a Test Lead in Banking projects. The candidate must have experience in E2E or UAT and regression testing, with a good understanding of IT QA and functional testing. Seasoned knowledge of SDLC, testing concepts, methodologies (waterfall, agile, etc.), metrics, automated testing frameworks, and industry testing standards is essential. The role involves defining goals and measurement plans for software process performance in accordance with business objectives, and requires solid experience in compiling and interpreting reports. Extensive experience in system analysis, assessment, programming, and troubleshooting of software applications is necessary. Strong knowledge of HP ALM Quality Centre, Confluence, JIRA, and testing tools like Git or Bitbucket, Maven, Postman, SoapUI, or similar tools is a must. Prior experience in the Banking or Financial domain is required.
Requirements
