About The Position
This role requires a minimum of 4 years of experience as a Test Lead, specifically within the cards domain and banking projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of IT QA and functional testing, along with seasoned knowledge of SDLC, testing concepts, methodologies (waterfall, agile, etc.), metrics, automated testing frameworks, and industry testing standards. Responsibilities include defining goals and measurement plans for software process performance aligned with business objectives, compiling and interpreting reports, and extensive experience in system analysis, assessment, programming, and troubleshooting of software applications. Proficiency in HP ALM Quality Center, Confluence, JIRA, and testing tools such as Git or Bitbucket, Maven, Postman, and SoapUI is essential. Prior experience in the Banking or Financial domain is mandatory.
Requirements
- Minimum 4 years of experience as a Test Lead in cards domain and Banking projects.
- Good knowledge of IT QA and functional testing.
- Seasoned knowledge of SDLC, testing concepts, methodologies (waterfall, agile etc), metrics, automated testing frameworks and industry testing standards.
- Solid experience in compiling and interpreting reports.
- Extensive experience in system analysis, assessment, programming and troubleshooting of software applications.
- Must have strong knowledge in HP ALM Quality centre, Confluence, JIRA & Testing tools (Git or Bitbucket, Maven, Postman, SoapUI or similar tools).
- Must have worked in Banking or Financial domain.
