About The Position

The QC Technician is responsible to verify the product meets specified requirements prior to shipping. Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other Duties not listed may be assigned. Daily Responsibilities % of Job – 90% Perform inspection and report any abnormal issue. Check product information is correct. Make sure the product meets the system requirement before shipping out: label, revision, information tracking under system. Package product as requirement. Meet and exceed KPI defined to meet the business and operational requirement. Turn in KPI report on time, end of the working day. Check and keep record for ESD Audit daily. Follow 5S standard. Utilize the company’s time to be efficient and productive. This is including the punctuality from break and personal matter. When required, work assignment can changed based on project needs like inspection, testing, data input. Warehouse Efficiencies % of Job – 5% Builds and maintains a work environment that is positive and is supported by open feedback and two-way communications at all levels. Keeps warehouse organized and clean at all times. Team Building/Leadership % of Job – 5% Responsible for maintaining a positive work environment while supporting the company’s culture. Responsible for fostering a healthy and safe work environment, focusing on the well-being of all associates.

Requirements

High school graduate or equivalent.
Requires basic Excel computer skills.
Job requires the ability to clearly organize and categorize work priorities to complete your work.
Needs demonstrated ability to read, and follow written instructions and ideas.
Requires the repeated and coordinated use of your hands, wrists, and fingers to use a computer keyboard, and other small handheld tools.
Requires hands-on, ambition, and drive to succeed - “Makes things happen”.
Must be goal oriented and accustomed to achieving results through teamwork.
Requires the physical ability to lift 25 pounds
Able to stand 8 hours consistently and push, pull, twist and lift at a minimum 10lbs container/boxes.
Must be able to handle multiple tasks concurrently, meet deadlines and work independently.
Knowledge using MS Excel to read instructions and report.
