About The Position

This role involves performing hydro tests on gas compressor components, ensuring hydro equipment is clean and in working order, and maintaining accurate hydro charts. The position requires the ability to perform general manual labor, follow instructions, and work safely and efficiently under immediate supervision. The individual will also be responsible for adhering to company policies and performing other duties as required.

Requirements

• High school education (GED)
• 2-4 years experience in the field or in a related area.
• Basic Computer skills, and/or other required software
• Must have knowledge of commonly-used concepts, practices, and procedures within QC/Hydro department.

Nice To Haves

• Working knowledge of pressure gauges, hydro pump and hydro chart recorder a plus
• Understanding flange rating and pressures a plus

Responsibilities

• Perform hydro tests on gas compressor components
• Check hydro equipment to ensure that they are clean and in working order
• Maintain detailed and accurate hydro charts
• Ability to perform general manual labor tasks including loading, unloading, lifting, and moving materials.
• Ability to assist in a variety of functions with manual labor tasks as needed.
• Ability to rely on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job.
• Perform job duties in a safe and efficient manner.
• Must adhere to company policies and procedures
• Performs other functions/duties as required.
