About The Position

This position is for a 3rd Shift QC Technician responsible for ensuring product quality and adherence to specifications. The role involves performing various inspections, documenting processes, and acting as a point of contact for production staff regarding quality standards. The technician will also be responsible for maintaining test equipment and handling end-of-shift reports.

Requirements

• Knowledgeable with use of Micrometers/Calipers.
• Knowledgeable with setting up weight scales.
• Experience in handling end of shift reports.

Responsibilities

• Completing start-ups and documentation per specifications.
• Serving as a liaison for production floor staff regarding acceptable parts.
• Verifying part revisions and correct materials.
• Creating labels and updating production documents.
• Auditing paperwork for quality criteria.
• Completing receiving inspections and layouts.
• Verifying PD Books Label & Materials are correct for Startups.
• Ensuring all test equipment is functioning properly.
• Handling end-of-shift reports.
