About The Position

The QC Tech supports asphalt quality assurance by sampling and testing hot mix asphalt to confirm compliance with specifications. The role maintains accurate test records, reports deviations promptly, calibrates and operates testing equipment according to quality standards, and works with production teams to address quality issues. The QC Tech also supports continuous improvement initiatives related to asphalt quality and performance.

The position operates primarily in an outdoor environment and may involve moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise levels. Employment is conditional on successfully completing a post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check. The successful candidate must meet company safety standards and comply with regulatory requirements.
