About The Position

Heidelberg Materials North America operates over 450 locations across the U.S. and Canada with approximately 9,000 employees. This role will lead quality control processes for ready-mix operations, ensuring compliance with specifications and standards. The specialist will perform and oversee testing of raw materials and concrete to maintain consistent product quality, analyze data trends, and implement continuous improvement actions to optimize mix performance. This position involves partnering with operations and plant teams to resolve quality issues and support production goals, while maintaining accurate records, reports, and documentation aligned with regulatory and company requirements.
