About The Position

This role leads quality control processes for ready-mix operations, ensuring compliance with specifications and standards. It involves performing and overseeing testing of raw materials and concrete, analyzing data trends, and implementing continuous improvement actions to optimize mix performance. The specialist will partner with operations and plant teams to resolve quality issues and support production goals, while maintaining accurate records, reports, and documentation aligned with regulatory and company requirements.
