QC Raw Materials Sampling Analyst
About The Position
Eurofins PSS is seeking a QC Raw Materials Sampling Analyst to work with leading international companies in the pharma, medical device, food, cosmetic & consumer products industries. This role involves working hands-on in a cleanroom environment, aseptically sampling raw materials, inspecting containers, components, and consumables to support high-quality manufacturing. The analyst will receive, label, handle, and safely dispose of samples, calibrate instruments, record test results accurately, and report any unusual findings. Additionally, the role requires maintaining lab supplies, keeping work areas clean, providing support to internal clients and manufacturing teams, and completing required training. Opportunities include gaining cleanroom experience, learning industry-standard testing and calibration skills, working in regulated environments, and developing a strong foundation for future roles in QC, manufacturing, or analytical labs. Cross-training in sampling and testing compressed gas systems and tankers is also a possibility.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in chemistry or a related scientific field, or equivalent hands‑on experience
- Authorization to work in the United States indefinitely without restriction or sponsorship
- Positive, adaptable, team‑oriented mindset with strong attention to detail
- Able to learn new techniques quickly and follow procedures accurately
- Familiar with basic aseptic practices or cleanroom concepts
- Clear written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable with a moderately physical role involving extended standing
Responsibilities
- Follow all regulatory and safety requirements in a GMP environment
- Work hands‑on in a cleanroom environment, aseptically gowning and sampling raw materials
- Inspect containers, components, and consumables to support high‑quality manufacturing
- Receive, label, handle, and safely dispose of samples
- Calibrate or verify calibration of instruments before use
- Record test results accurately and report any unusual findings
- Maintain lab supplies and keep work areas clean and organized
- Provide reliable, professional support to internal clients and manufacturing teams
- Complete required training and follow all regulatory and safety procedures
- Gain cross‑training experience in sampling and testing compressed gas systems and tankers
