This role involves following all regulatory and safety requirements in a GMP environment, performing hands-on sampling and testing of compressed gas systems and tankers, working in cleanrooms for raw material dispensing and container inspection, and safely handling and disposing of samples. The analyst will also calibrate instruments, record test results, maintain lab supplies, and provide excellent service to internal clients. Opportunities include cross-training in various testing methods (pH, Conductivity, Nitrate ID, TOC, Appearance), gaining cleanroom experience, developing professional discipline in regulated environments, and strengthening a resume with calibration, testing, and quality-focused responsibilities, all while supporting critical biopharmaceutical manufacturing operations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in chemistry or a related scientific field, or equivalent hands‑on experience
  • Authorization to work in the United States indefinitely without restriction or sponsorship

Responsibilities

  • Follow all regulatory and safety requirements in a GMP environment
  • Perform hands‑on sampling and testing of compressed gas systems and tankers
  • Work inside cleanrooms to dispense raw materials and inspect containers
  • Receive, handle, label, and dispose of samples safely and accurately
  • Calibrate or verify calibration of instruments before use
  • Record test results with precision and flag any unusual findings
  • Keep lab supplies stocked and maintain a clean, organized workspace
  • Deliver excellent service to internal clients and manufacturing partners
  • Complete required training and stay current on procedures and regulations
  • Follow all regulatory and safety requirements in a GMP‑aligned environment
