QC Gas Sampling Analyst
About The Position
Eurofins PSS is seeking a QC Gas Sampling Analyst to join their team. This role involves performing hands-on sampling and testing of compressed gas systems and tankers within a GMP environment. The analyst will work inside cleanrooms, dispense raw materials, inspect containers, and handle samples safely and accurately. Responsibilities include calibrating instruments, recording test results, maintaining lab supplies, and ensuring a clean workspace. The position offers opportunities to grow technical skills through cross-training, gain cleanroom experience, develop professional discipline in regulated environments, and strengthen resume with quality-focused responsibilities. This role supports critical biopharmaceutical manufacturing operations.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in chemistry or a related scientific field, or equivalent hands‑on experience
- Authorization to work in the United States indefinitely without restriction or sponsorship
- Brings a positive, adaptable, team‑focused attitude with strong attention to detail
- Learns new techniques quickly and follows procedures accurately
- Communicates clearly in both writing and conversation
- Comfortable in a moderately physical role that involves standing for extended periods
- Organized, computer‑proficient, and able to work reliably in a structured environment
Nice To Haves
- Cross-training in pH, Conductivity, Nitrate ID, TOC, and Appearance testing
- Cleanroom experience
- Experience working in regulated environments with clear procedures and expectations
- Experience with calibration, testing, and quality-focused responsibilities
Responsibilities
- Follow all regulatory and safety requirements in a GMP environment
- Perform hands‑on sampling and testing of compressed gas systems and tankers
- Work inside cleanrooms to dispense raw materials and inspect containers
- Receive, handle, label, and dispose of samples safely and accurately
- Calibrate or verify calibration of instruments before use
- Record test results with precision and flag any unusual findings
- Keep lab supplies stocked and maintain a clean, organized workspace
- Deliver excellent service to internal clients and manufacturing partners
- Complete required training and stay current on procedures and regulations
- Follow all regulatory and safety requirements in a GMP‑aligned environment
