About The Position

We are looking for a hands-on, dynamic Quality Manager to spearhead the development, implementation, and maintenance of our world-class quality systems. This isn’t just a management role; it is a critical leadership position responsible for ensuring every product leaving our facility meets the rigorous precision standards demanded by our prestigious automotive and appliance customers. As our Quality Manager, you will be the heartbeat of our quality culture.

Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years in a quality leadership role within a high-volume manufacturing setting.
• Deep proficiency in APQP, PPAP, FMEA, SPC, and MSA.
• A track record of successfully managing IATF 16949 and ISO 9001 standards.
• The ability to inspire a multi-shift workforce and communicate effectively from the shop floor to the executive suite.
• The ability to look at complex data and see the path to continuous improvement.

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Quality Management, or a related technical field.
• Deep expertise in Injection Molding processes and materials.
• Six Sigma Green or Black Belt.
• Specifically within the Automotive Tier 1 or Tier 2 supply chain.
• Experience using Zeiss equipment and software.

Responsibilities

• Manage quality operations across three shifts, driving a culture of excellence.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for all critical customer quality audits.
• Maintain uncompromising adherence to IATF 16949 and ISO 9001 standards.
• Use your advanced analytical skills to translate complex data into actionable production improvements that keep us ahead of the competition.
