About The Position

This role will support the Quality Assurance department, helping to ensure that finished products and assemblies meet required regulatory and organizational Quality standards while maintaining all Safety measures. Performs inspection, testing, and documentation activities to ensure finished products and assemblies meet applicable regulatory, customer, and organizational quality requirements while maintaining all safety standards.

Requirements

High School diploma or equivalent
Ability to work in a Factory environment with varying temperatures
Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform repetitive movements for extended periods (up to 12 hours)
Repetitive Movement (shoveling/sweeping/fastening) up to 12 hours daily
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
Ability to push/pull up as required

All facility-specific training, qualification, and progression requirements are defined and controlled through the site Training & Competency Program.
Personnel must be trained, evaluated, and authorized prior to performing assigned quality tasks. Competency is maintained through ongoing training, verification, and performance monitoring in accordance with the Quality Management System.

Nice To Haves

Relevant manufacturing or quality experience preferred (typically 1–3 years)
Forklift certification (as applicable to facility)
Travel is less than 10% (if applicable)

Responsibilities

Inspect, test, and verify product conformance using visual standards, dimensional tools, and applicable procedures
Accept or reject products based on defined quality requirements and specifications
Perform in-process, final, and incoming inspections as required
Complete documentation and maintain accurate quality records in accordance with QMS requirements
Identify and segregate nonconforming products and support disposition activities
Ensure proper identification and traceability of product throughout inspection processes
Support audits, investigations, and corrective actions as assigned
Maintain calibration awareness and proper use of measuring and test equipment
Follow all applicable work instructions, procedures, and specifications
Wear appropriate PPE and comply with all HSE requirements
Comply with all NOV Company policies, Quality policies, and procedures
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Perform other duties as assigned
