Requirements

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong interest in content creation and training delivery.
Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
French and English bilingualism required.

Nice To Haves

Claude Anthropic and Microsoft Learn Copilot certifications, as well as the ability to simplify and explain complex topics to non-technical audiences.
Dynamic and client-focused profile.
Strong storytelling and visual communication skills.
Curiosity and enthusiasm for artificial intelligence.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Contribute to building productive relationships with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders.
Participate in the design and implementation of innovative deployment solutions tailored to our clients’ needs and realities.
Develop impactful, high-quality visual materials adapted to client contexts.
Assist in the creation of content, including training modules, learning materials, and client deliverables.
Actively contribute to project delivery.
Support the preparation and facilitation of workshops and training sessions.
