As part of Receiving Inspection and Quality Operations, you will work closely with cross-functional partners to support inventory accuracy, inspect incoming and in-process materials, drive continuous improvement, and help maintain efficient daily operations. Requirements

  • High School diploma/certificate or equivalent.

Responsibilities

  • Supporting material flow, part storage, and accurate inventory transactions within the MRP system.
  • Assisting with new hire training and providing group training records to the Supervisor.
  • Distributing daily workloads within the department to support operational goals.
  • Maintaining the filing and archiving process for Receiving Inspection Reports.
  • Attending department meetings as required and contributing to team objectives.
  • Identifying problems and proposing timely, cost-effective solutions that meet quality standards.
  • Performing geometric tolerance evaluations, inspecting electronic assemblies, and applying acceptance sampling plans.
  • Conducting visual and/or dimensional quality inspections and testing of incoming quarantined materials, in-process materials, labeling, and final commercial products.
  • Utilizing Microsoft Office applications and database systems such as Oracle, 1Factory, and Oracle Fusion to support daily operations.
  • Communicating and collaborating effectively and professionally with team members and cross-functional partners.
  • Performing additional duties and responsibilities as assigned.
