The Natural Color Expansion is here! Sensient is growing rapidly and adding scientific staff! We are seeking a QC Documentation Specialist (Day Shift M-F) to join our team. The QC Documentation Specialist will be responsible for processing Raw Material documentation in addition to supporting the Regulatory, Sales, and Customer Operations with customer requests. They will also work with other Quality teams in support of continuous quality improvement across all QC Labs.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or equivalent education in a Technical Degree.
• 2-years of experience working in quality control or quality assurance.
• Ability to collaborate with team members to support process improvements.
• Effective communication skills and the ability to develop positive working relationships.
• Strong written and verbal skills.
• A strong understanding of the testing process and the breakdown between different laboratory responsibilities.
• Candidates who are authorized to work in the United States without the need for employment visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Support internal customers (including Regulatory, Sales Research & Development, Marketing, QA, Customer Service, and Master Data).
• Provide guidance on material test plan updates to meet customer needs including pulling historical testing data and coordinating testing with the laboratories.
• Update test plans as needed.
• Review regulatory monographs to confirm Sensient Technologies testing compliance with applicable regulations.
• Demonstrate a strong understanding of the testing processes and the breakdown between different laboratory responsibilities.
• Work in interdepartmental teams to provide the highest level of support for our customers.
• Organize, Maintain, and Audit QC lab testing paperwork.
