About The Position

This role involves leading test strategy and execution for an AI/ML model hosting platform, covering both front-end UI features and backend API services across release cycles. The position requires strong Python development skills for creating test frameworks, automation scripts, and performance benchmarks. Experience with frontend testing tools like Selenium, Playwright, or Cypress, and backend API testing using Postman is essential. Proficiency in AWS services such as ECS, Lambda, S3, DynamoDB, CloudWatch, API Gateway, and Step Functions is also a key requirement. The contract duration is 9 months, with a hybrid work setup in Charlotte, NC, and requires in-person interviews.

Requirements

  • Strong Python development skills with experience writing custom test frameworks, automation scripts, and performance benchmarks.
  • Demonstrated experience in frontend testing (Selenium, Playwright, or Cypress).
  • Demonstrated experience in backend API testing using Postman (collections, environments, Newman CLI).
  • Hands-on experience with AWS services: ECS, Lambda, S3, DynamoDB, CloudWatch, API Gateway, Step Functions.
  • Proficient in performance and load testing using LoadRunner and VuGen, including script development, scenario design, and results analysis.
  • 8-10 years of experience.

  • Experience with ML frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow, vLLM).
  • Experience with model lifecycle management.
  • Experience mentoring junior QA engineers.
  • Experience establishing QA processes from scratch.
