About The Position
The QA Technician will be responsible for various quality assurance tasks including product sampling and testing, inspections, reviews, auditing, and training. This role ensures that products meet quality standards and that all documentation is complete and accurate.
Requirements
- Great attendance.
- Two years’ experience in Quality Assurance or production, preferably in the pharmaceutical and/or dietary supplements industry.
- Working knowledge of spreadsheet and word processing software such as Excel and Word.
Responsibilities
- Submit samples daily for finished goods and validation studies.
- Inspect production areas before production begins.
- Inspect equipment before production starts and sign cleaning log books.
- Inspect labels of products in production for correctness (label, expiration date, lot number) against the Batch Production Record.
- Inspect finished goods in the shipping area for correct QC Status.
- Review test results and file with the Batch Production Record and Validation Protocol.
- Review Batch Production Records for completeness.
- Review Validation Protocols to ensure readiness for production start.
- Audit Batch Production Records for completeness before submitting to the QA Supervisor.
- Conduct training for validation protocols as needed.
- Understand, review, and participate in cGMP training.
