Requirements

  • minimum education of a High School diploma or equivalent
  • 0-1 year of experience with physical lab testing equipment
  • computer basics
  • passing ALPLA assessment scores
  • ability to work well with others
  • good decision making will minimal supervision
  • ability to multi-task
  • good organizational skills
  • The employee is regularly required to stand, walk, reach with hands and arms and very occasionally to climb or balance.
  • The employee is frequently required to use hands to finger, handle, or feel; stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl and talk or hear.
  • The employee is occasionally required to sit.
  • The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 10 lbs., frequently lift and/or move up to 30 lbs. and occasionally lift and/or move more than 50 lbs.
  • Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision.
  • It is required to act in a safe and environmentally responsible manner at all times by adhering to all ALPLA policies and procedures and Safety Standards (OSHA).

Responsibilities

  • Knows ALPLA bottle terminology
  • Conducts bottle testing and understands customer specifications
  • Performs routine quality checks
  • Completes equipment verifications
  • Performs line clearance process
  • Can properly complete paperwork and standards (basic)
  • Navigates document management system
  • Understands IMS basics
  • Understands OPEX basics
  • Can complete COA review and preparation
  • Understands CAQ basics
  • Understands statistics basic and/or intermediate as required by location
  • Manages internal and external defective products
  • Understands AQL and sampling plans
  • Understands problem solving basics
  • Participates in RCAs
  • On-time completion of assigned training
  • Pass Gauge R&R evaluations
  • Acceptable performance on data integrity audits
  • Departmental goals as assigned
