Requirements

Knowledge and experience in a lab setting running chemistry tests
Minimum 0-2 years of experience
High School Diploma or GED

Nice To Haves

Food industry experience is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

Perform sensory, physical, chemical, and / or instrumental evaluation of raw material, in process, or finished products following SOP and specifications.
Expedite evaluation process and final disposition and provide information to production.
Develop and maintain raw material and finished product specifications. Trouble shoots quality problems in production.
Participate in the development of special processes to improve quality.
Generate data for Certificates of analysis.
Participate in test panels.
Maintain laboratory data, files, supplies, and calibrate equipment on a regular schedule as well as maintaining GMP's.
Work on the corrective actions of any customer complaints / issues.
Follows all quality, safety, and company protocols & procedures.
