Requirements
- 1st shift QA Tech
Responsibilities
- Sustain the quality management system in partnership with Operations.
- Monitoring QMS activities
- Maintain systems to specification and standards (customer and 3rd party) relating to activities and products.
- Monitoring Inspectors Performance and alignment to procedures and standards
- Monitor quality processes in coordination with Operations.
- Monitor and audit performance according to agreed standards and take necessary action to communicate according to performance levels.
- SWI audits
- Control Points
- LPA audits
- Communicate improvement and awareness of quality issues across assigned departments.
- Control Points Presentations and Sustaining of implementations.
- Implement changes in standards (internally) and performance against standards.
- SWI improvements/updates based on audits and improvement events; PDCA, Kaizen, etc.
- Perform against agreed targets within policies and standards.
- Complete raw material and finished goods audits and testing
