This platform includes a proprietary warehouse management system (WMS), a warehouse control system (WCS), next-generation mobile and web applications, advanced decision-making algorithms, and an API/coordination layer that ensures seamless communication across all components. The result is LinOS—a system-directed warehouse execution system that dramatically improves the efficiency and productivity of our warehouse operations.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of software engineering experience with proven leadership or mentoring capabilities
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills—you coach, motivate, and inspire team members
  • Experience collaborating with distributed engineering teams across different locations
  • Ability to balance technical contributions with people development
  • 3+ years of working with warehouse management systems or a similar industrial system
  • Proficiency with Java and the JVM ecosystem
  • Strong database experience, including design, optimization, and performance tuning
  • Full-stack debugging and troubleshooting capabilities
  • Working knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies and CI/CD practices

Responsibilities

  • Mentor and develop team members through regular 1:1s, supporting career growth and removing obstacles
  • Foster a collaborative, high-performing team culture with strong engagement and morale
  • Champion knowledge sharing through code reviews, pair programming, and technical training
  • Partner with management on team performance, growth opportunities, and organizational needs
  • Collaborate with Product Owners and Architecture teams to translate business needs into effective technical solutions
  • Guide backlog refinement and ensure code quality through reviews and technical standards
  • Provide technical expertise for production issues and participate in L3 support rotation
  • Facilitate cross-team communication and coordinate with other teams on shared solutions
