About The Position

The role of a Quality Assurance Specialist is crucial in ensuring that products and services meet the highest quality standards, providing customers with reliable and satisfactory outcomes. This role requires a blend of technical knowledge, attention to detail, and effective communication skills to maintain and enhance quality across all stages of production and service delivery.

Requirements

• Must be able to stand for up to 12 hours
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds
• Microsoft Word/Excel

Responsibilities

• Understand the concept of "Gift Wrap" quality
• Able to support and train team when needed
• Must be able to work as part of a team
• Must be able to work weekends (peak season)
• Must be able to work 2nd shift (peak season)
