About The Position
The QA & QC Technician’s main focus is to ensure QA/QC compliance of raw and processed materials through laboratory testing, as well as the loading of bulk pneumatic tanker trucks.
Requirements
- Ability to competently navigate Microsoft Office programs including Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Able to accurately read digital scale readouts to within (+/-) 5/10,000th of a gram.
- Able to prioritize tasks and complete assigned duties in a timely manner
- High School Graduate or equivalent
- 1 – 2 years’ experience in a relevant field
Responsibilities
- Comply with Eco Material Technologies Safety Policies and Procedures
- Operate laboratory testing equipment including muffle furnaces, drying ovens, and weigh scales
- Record, retain, and distribute laboratory results
- Operate an instrument control panel
- Communicate clear instructions via CB radio
- Maintain a professional environment
- Regular attendance, timeliness, and scheduling flexibility
