About The Position

SLS Consultants is looking for a QA/QC Manager to join our team and play a pivotal role in ensuring our clients’ success. The ideal candidate will have experience leading quality assurance and quality control programs for large-scale construction projects, with a strong understanding of data center mechanical, electrical, and commissioning processes. This individual will serve as a key liaison between owners, design teams, contractors, and commissioning partners to ensure projects are delivered in accordance with contract requirements, industry standards, and client expectations.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in construction QA/QC, project engineering, or commissioning.
• Knowledge of MEP systems, construction drawings, and quality processes.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Nice To Haves

• Experience supporting data center or other mission-critical construction projects preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field preferred; equivalent experience considered.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the client's quality representative and ensure all work meets project requirements and standards.
• Develop and manage QA/QC plans, inspections, and testing activities.
• Perform field inspections and identify quality issues before they impact the project.
• Track and resolve deficiencies, punch list items, and non-conformance reports (NCRs).
• Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and commissioning teams to maintain quality expectations.
• Support project turnover by ensuring quality documentation is complete and accurate.
