Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required
- Minimum 3 years of field work experience in Structured Cabling or related industry/construction experience
- Able to Read, write, and understand English
- Able to distinguish color codes
Nice To Haves
- First Aid/CPR trained (Within 90 days of hire)
- OSHA-30 trained (Within 90 days of hire)
- Fluke CCTT (Preferred)
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the E2 Optics Quality Management System (QMS) to ensure projects are constructed according to industry and customer standards.
- Plan, coordinate, collaborate, and partner with internal and external parties to support successful execution within the E2 Optics QMS framework.
- Promote company Core Values to foster and safeguard a family-centric culture, adhering to safe work practices and company/client worksite safety policies.
- Provide Daily/Weekly updates to the On-site E2 Optics Run Ops Management team regarding all QA/QC issues and resolutions.
- Create and develop QA/QC installation and technical reference documents, standard operating procedures, inspections, and report documents.
- Coordinate and conduct quality inspections prioritized according to Data Center improvement activities represented in the P6 schedule.
- Drive continuous improvement activities and support Lean initiatives within the QA/QC department to align with corporate strategic goals.
