About The Position

Join an electrical contractor supporting a utility-scale solar farm project in Coldwater, MI. Project scope includes electrical installation, power collection systems, equipment installation, testing, commissioning, and renewable energy infrastructure construction. The Electrical QA/QC Coordinator will oversee quality control processes for electrical construction activities, ensuring installations meet project specifications, drawings, approved submittals, and quality standards while supporting turnover and project closeout requirements.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3+ Years of Electrical Construction or Electrical QA/QC Experience
  • Ability to Read and Interpret Electrical Drawings, One-Line Diagrams, Specifications, and Installation Details
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
  • Proficiency with Procore
  • Valid Driver's License Required
  • Strong Documentation and Organizational Skills

Responsibilities

  • Track and maintain electrical QA/QC documentation
  • Verify installation completion against project drawings, specifications, and approved submittals
  • Maintain inspection records, checklists, turnover packages, and quality reports
  • Review redline drawings and assist with as-built documentation
  • Organize and maintain manufacturer installation manuals, cut sheets, test reports, and project records
  • Coordinate with field teams to verify installation quality and compliance requirements
  • Assist with punch list development, tracking, and closeout activities
  • Support quality inspections and verification processes throughout the project lifecycle
  • Maintain accurate documentation for project turnover and client acceptance
  • Ensure project quality requirements are consistently met and documented
  • Coordinate with project management, supervision, and construction teams
  • Promote quality workmanship and compliance throughout all electrical installation activities

Benefits

  • Completion Bonus: $150/month
  • Per Diem: $125/Day (7 Days Per Week)
