Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required
- Minimum 3 years of field work experience in Structured Cabling or related industry/construction experience.
- First Aid/CPR trained (Within 90 days of hire)
- OSHA-30 trained (Within 90 days of hire)
- Able to Read, write, and understand English.
- Able to distinguish color codes

Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the E2 Optics Quality Management System (QMS) to ensure projects meet industry and customer standards.
- Plan, coordinate, collaborate, and partner with internal and external parties to support successful project execution within the QMS framework.
- Promote company Core Values to foster and safeguard a family-centric culture.
- Provide Daily/Weekly updates to the On-site E2 Optics Run Ops Management team regarding QA/QC issues and resolutions.
- Create and develop QA/QC installation and technical reference documents, standard operating procedures, inspections, and report documents.
- Coordinate and conduct quality inspections prioritized according to Data Center improvement activities represented in the P6 schedule.
- Drive continuous improvement activities and support Lean initiatives within the QA/QC department to align with corporate strategic goals.
