Requirements

Demonstrated experience performing schedule audits, quality reviews, and QA/QC process implementation.
Experience developing or applying QA/QC plans, procedures, and continuous improvement practices.
Familiarity with auditing and scheduling tools such as Acumen Fuse, Primavera P6, MS Project, and related project systems.

Nice To Haves

Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Engineering, Construction Management, or related field OR equivalent experience in QA/QC, project controls, or utility scheduling in lieu of a degree.
Relevant quality, project controls, or scheduling certifications aligned to the role.
Certifications such as PMP, Six Sigma, CQA, or similar credentials are considered a plus.
Proven experience in QA/QC, project controls, or scheduling functions within a utility or transmission environment.

Responsibilities

Conduct QA/QC reviews and facilitate discussions with Schedule Analysts and Schedule Analyst Leadership.
Analyze schedule quality and performance against established baselines, standards, and metrics.
Identify schedule risks, logic issues, and compliance gaps, and support corrective action planning.
Provide QA/QC support during schedule reviews, audits, and project lifecycle checkpoints.
Support training, knowledge transfer, and continuous improvement initiatives across the organization.
Collaborate with Schedule Analysts and Schedule Leadership to support QA/QC activities and schedule validation.
Implement and execute QA/QC processes to ensure schedule quality, accuracy, and compliance.
Perform routine schedule audits, including logic checks, schedule health assessments, and data quality reviews.
Identify discrepancies, risks, and areas for improvement and communicate findings to Schedule Analysts.
Ensure schedules align with GPC TPMO QA/QC standards, procedures, and best practices.
